Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and equipment, our manufacturing facilities enable us to produce facades with precision and efficiency. We have invested in the latest cutting-edge technologies such as automatic CNC cutting machines, CNC machining centres, 2-part gluing machines, automatic routing, milling machines, press brake punching machines etc., to ensure that we can create the most complex facade designs with accuracy and speed.

In addition to our advanced machinery, we have a team of skilled technicians and engineers who are experts in working with a range of facade materials such as glass, aluminium, steel, and composite materials. Our technicians have years of experience which ensures utmost care and precision in handling these materials.

To further support our manufacturing operations, we have a well-designed supply chain system that ensures a steady flow of high-quality raw materials and components. We work closely with our suppliers to make sure that we receive materials of the highest quality, at the most competitive prices, and with the shortest lead times.

While being currently operational Pune and Kolkata, we are looking forward to expand our operations in ever growing markets such as Bangalore, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad.

To enable the highest quality standards, we have a comprehensive quality control system in place that monitors every stage of the manufacturing process. We conduct rigorous testing on raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products to ensure that they meet our strict standards. Our quality control system also helps us to identify and rectify any defects early on, reducing the risk of costly rework or recalls.

HEADQUARTERS
Pune, being our headquarters is our central manufacturing facility equipped with latest state of the art European machinery. All the processes involved in manufacturing all kinds of facades can be performed at this setup. Additionally, cutting and machining for all our pan-India projects happens at our Pune factory.

Our Kolkata factory is an ancillary setup equipped for assembly and gluing. This factory receives the machined parts from our Pune headquarter factory and processes it further for dispatches to our East India projects.
